As your virtual doula, I provide emotional, educational, and continuous support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey—no matter where you are. Through video calls, phone conversations, and WhatsApp, I’ll be by your side to answer questions, offer guidance, help you prepare for birth, and support you during labor and the early days of parenthood.
Whether you're giving birth at home or in a hospital, I’ll help you feel confident, empowered, and informed every step of the way.
What is included:
- Winner flow breathing technique (2h)
- 6h (2x 3h) birth preparation
- Unlimited online support from the moment we decide to work together until two weeks after birth
- Guidance to create your birth plan
- 24/7 availability starting at week 37 and up to 2 weeks post partum
